After a brief stint as an Australian corporate lawyer, I moved to Paris, finished a Masters in French cuisine at the prestigious École Lenôtre and am now writing this food blog offering an honest (and occasionally scathing) insight into the Parisian and London food scenes and my burgeoning waistline.
